PTL was formed on 14th February 1972 and owes its success to its founder members Charles Winter-Evans and Keith Corridon. PTL has been at the forefront of the damp proofing & waterproofing sector of the construction industry continually sourcing and introducing improved methods of treatments for the benefit of its clients.

Not many Companies in this sector are able to proudly announce that their long term guarantees have stood the test of time. As founder members of the Guarantee Protection Insurance Scheme PTL was instrumental in introducing to the industry a way forward for home owners to acquire the security of an insured guarantee.
